I knew that I would miss community theatre while I was over here. It’s been such a huge part of my life the past… *ahem, cough* X number of years. I even wish I wasn’t missing the play that’s in rehearsals right now. Go see KWLT’s Fun House of Death, opens in September! /shameless plug.
And randomly, Jess texted on my 3rd Friday - “What are you doing tonight? Want to see some theatre?” And not even knowing what it was, or even the name of the show, “Uh, yes, I’m on my way!” Totally hopped the next train, and suddenly we’re on our way to see Jukebox - a variety of musical performances of random sing-able songs put to dance. It was awesome, and I had so much fun!
They even did this cool lighting effect that I want to try in the KWLT theatre. Not sure if it’ll work, but it could be really wicked.
